2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business day
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer promotions for free shipping; please check our website for current offers.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so please check back for updates.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at shipping@ornamem.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Returns
We dedicate ourselves to providing exceptional service in crafting made-to-order ornamental memory keepsakes. Therefore, all sales are final but we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Refunds
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please be as descriptive as possible and send images of the damages so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you and others in the future.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
