1. How does the customization process work?
It’s super easy! Just pick your ornament color—Gold, Red, Silver, or Green—and type in the special words, names, places, or memories you want inside. Once you submit your order, we carefully print and cut each piece, place them inside your ornament by hand, and send it off to you with care!
2. What kind of memories can I include?
Anything that makes your heart smile! Whether it’s a favorite quote, a special date, or a fun memory with someone you care about, feel free to share those little moments that mean the world to you.
3. How big is each paper strip?
Each paper strip varies in length depending on the memory. Our team ensures white space is removed so each memory is clearly seen. Typically, each strip is roughly 1/4" by 4" using 12-point font; this is to ensure that the memories can fit through the opening of the ornament, while still being big enough to read from the outside.
4. Why am I limited to only 45 characters?
The character length ensures that the memories can correctly fit inside of the ornament. Accounting for the ability to input 60 memories in total, the character count additionally ensures all memories fit within the bounds of the commemorative memory letter. Altogether, it's a balance to ensure enough room to write and place within the keepsake.
5. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yep! Our ornaments come beautifully packaged, so they’re ready to be gifted right out of the box. You can also add a personal message at checkout if you’re sending it straight to someone special.
6. Can I hang my ornament all year?
Of course! While they look great on a Christmas tree, they’re designed to be displayed anywhere—on a shelf, a mantle, a desk, or even hung in a window. It’s a keepsake you can enjoy year-round!
7. What if I made a mistake in my order?
No worries! Just reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll try our best to fix it before we start making your ornament and will always be sure to check for typos or errors. If we’ve already started, we’ll figure something out together!
8. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since every ornament is custom-made, we can’t accept returns. But if there’s anything wrong with your order, just let us know—we want you to love your ornament, and we’ll do what we can to make it right!
9. Can I order multiple ornaments with different customizations?
Absolutely! Each ornament is made just for you, so you can customize as many as you’d like with different names, memories, or messages. Just add them one at a time to your cart, and we’ll take care of the rest! If you’re looking to order multiple ornaments for family, friends, or even a special event, send us a message. We’d love to help make something meaningful for your group!
10. Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we primarily ship within The United States, but we’re working on expanding! If you’re outside our shipping area, reach out to us, and we’ll see what we can do to get your special keepsake to you. 🌍✨
